In blank area:  Export File , choose where you want to store the file and name it.
 
Save type as CSV, save
 
Hit Export  – Voila!

I was so disappointed to read that Obama’s email can be filtered on his Blackberry.  I have tried everything to filter  junkmail to no avail. 
So apparently the technology is there to filter it, I just can’t wait until it’s made available to the rest of us.
