In blank area: Export File , choose where you want to store the file and name it.
Save type as CSV, save
Hit Export – Voila!

Using the Paper Tiger and Want to Print Notes on a Report

Unfortunately, the current version, 4.1, does not allow you to print the Notes column in reports. If that information is critical for reporting purposes, list the information under keywords.
I recommend that you put the notes in the keywords as well so that you can include it in reports as a work around.
