Microsoft Exchange (MSX) in very simple terms, creates a place for your Microsoft products to be stored on a "server" for your team (or yourself if you use multiple applications, ie., a desktop/laptop and pda/Blackberry. Right now with my clients, I'm focusing on helping them with their issues with Outlook, email, calendaring, contacts, and tasks.

One example, is if you find yourself looking at a Blackberry and deleting emails, then going back to your office and re-reading the emails, and re-deleting them, then you're doing what is called "double entry" and frankly, wasting time. MSX will eliminate that problem.

Another example, is if you have multiple people using Outlook and would love to look at each other's calendars, rather than emailing back and forth, "are you free?", the MSX will enable you to view other's calendars, and other's can see yours with "permission".

WIth MS , you no longer have to "synch" your pda/Blackberry to your computer to update appointments, changes to tasks, or contacts, it is all done automatically.

A feature that previously was only available to the corporate world, now is available for smaller business!! I know I'm am thrilled to have switched over. I spend so much less time on email and all of my contacts and tasks are cleaned up!

Hello ADH-Essi (my friend in Germany),

Thank you for following my blog and your comments.

Yes, printing the list is a great start, referring to lists is a great resource for dealing with ADD/ADHD.

Regarding the tip on sugar, it would be correct to be more specific as the author did refer to white sugar. Somehow, chocolate tends to be more case specific. Lucky for you!!

All my best

[...] … and it’s their complete catalog, a voucher for $10 off $50 (not bad, I can usually manage to spend $50 easily!) AND a desksize business card holder folder. Not a cheap one either, it’s simliar to this one: and holds about 100 cards AND (this is important) it has Office Depot embossed on the cover. I … How to file CD’s? [...]
